近期行Page One 看到這本書
略略看過了，因為太厚
所以很難在店內看一遍….
老實說
這是一本很好的design history textbook
如果一人可以買到一本當然很好
但是以DGC 人來說可以會貴了一點
建議DGC 夾份買一本放在lab

DGC GradX 2008
Well…. a bit late to talk about this exhibition..
it already finished on last Friday
but it is a great exhibition though
Except from other design school/consitutions in HK
DGC is the only course which allow student to design their own exhibition
with different topic and setting and exhibition design each year
it shows how DGC students communicate with audience with different concept
This year also show a great talent of graduates in difference ways
the setting and the theme tee is a great job!!!
And the screening also shows how they put afford in their honours project and the show.

World’s first internet balloon race
一直都很懶… 所以post 了些image 之後都沒有寫下去
其實大家有click 過入去，就會發現到這個東東是由Orange 所做的
但由於已經過了register 的時間
所以現在去可能已經太遲了
因為比賽會由今天 (24/06/2008)開始
這個東東其實幾得意
你不斷去site to site，去到幾多得幾多
咁就可以勝出了
某程度係廣告的一種
不論是為有reg 這個汽球的website / Orange
都是幾有趣的
同時又可以令用家在網絡世界遊覽一番
明天開始就會比賽了
我也要留守在電腦前呢~

Greenpeace - WeAtheR
之前講過一個Greenpeace 的Save the Whale
是由澳洲Greenpeace 製作的
今次有另一個Greenpeace 的website
主要針對世界各地的enviornmental crisis
不過這個是個和其他網友一起玩的遊戲
其實遊戲玩法不太難
而且有很漂亮的instruction animation
成個website 也是很漂亮的~
不過我個人覺得
其實成件事出發點係ok 的
但可能個website 已經launch 咗一段時間
所以當我入到去之後要等好耐才有其他player join in
而且每一個crisis 出現後都沒有顯示出那地方的環境問題是甚麼
只有在information 那裡 show 各樣環境問題
所以對於玩家來說
就真的只有在玩
而沒有真正了解到那些問題
而solving problem 的過程是一式一樣
那些game card 的mean 可以再出一點
和各相關環境問題的關聯性再大點
如果不是
那些game card 的作用就浪費了
不過遊戲可以不同地方的人合作
這是一件好事
我玩的時候就是和一位瑞士人合作的
但有次遇上一個巴西人…
溝通不了
結果未開始玩他就off game 了…
